  1. Thank you – this was very good – puts it all in a nutshell.

Bill Clinton definitely “poked the bear” when he helped add all those countries to NATO, and Hillary kept the fire burning with “Russiagate” – Bush II stirred the fire as well, but frankly I don’t think he really understood what he was doing ….
Bottom line, as they say – the US needs an enemy – otherwise what are all those weapons for.

Eisenhower told us to beware the MIC in the 50’s and we paid no attention – now the chickens are coming home to roost. The folks running the US, whether on the throne as D or R, or behind it, don’t want peace, its bad for business, as Al Capp’s L’il Abner strip told it decades ago – “What’s good for General Bullmoose is good for the USA”

This is why we need, more than ever, to vote 3rd party …

  2. liberal empiricists cannot deconstruct nor think–as if Chomsky or ells bergs knows anything—the disgraced linguist supports covid fascism, and supported the war criminal Clinton–and the current incompetent senile fascist Biden

  3. Very thoughtful analysis by these two ancient intellectuals. In response to Gilligan, Chomsky’s support of Clinton was clearly a choice between the lesser of two evils, as the climate change denying Republican party is hell-bent on destroying the planet. Calling our admittedly flawed response to the worst pandemic in a century “Covid fascism” then referring to Biden as a fascist (without even a mention of Trump and his insurrectionist cult masquerading as a political party) demonstrates an extremely biased point of view.
